Far away from city life, up in the cold desert of Spiti Valley, lies a quiet little village called Kibber - home to one of India's highest wildlife sanctuaries. Its a place known not for crowds or comforts, but for something far more powerful - the rare and beautiful snow leopard. My journey to Kibber was one of the most challenging, yet rewarding experiences of my life. It tested my physical limits, stretched my patience and filled my heart with wonder. The Journey is Just the Beginning Reaching Kibber is not easy. The drives are long - sometimes 10-12 hours a day - over winding, icy roads, steep climbs and remote villages. But every turn offers views that take your breath away - snow draped mountains, frozen river, prayer flags fluttering in the wind. By the time you reach Kibber, you already feel a shift.
